2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE (EU (Rechenzentrum in der Europäischen Union)). When you access the website, technical data is automatically stored in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after the applicable retention period.

3. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, message) to handle your enquiry. Delivery is via the email service Resend (resend.com) to our email address.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You give consent via the checkbox in the form. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect (e.g. by email to the address above).
Data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Appointment booking (Cal.eu)
For booking an intro call we embed the service Cal.eu (cal.eu). When opening the booking widget or clicking the booking link, data is sent to Cal.eu (e.g. name, email, selected slot). Cal.eu may use cookies or similar technologies.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via cookie banner) when using the embedded widget. When opening Cal.eu directly in a new tab, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in simple scheduling) applies if you initiate the booking yourself.

5. Fonts
This website uses locally hosted fonts. Inter is downloaded at build time via next/font and served from our server — no connection to Google servers occurs on page load. Geist Mono is bundled as a local npm package.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent and readable presentation).
6. Web analytics (Google Analytics)
With your consent in the cookie banner we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to analyse website usage statistically (e.g. pages visited, time on site, approximate country, device type). Cookies or similar technologies may be set and data transferred to Google servers (including in the USA). We enable IP anonymisation and load Google Analytics only after your consent.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via cookie banner). Without consent, no analytics tracking takes place.

8. Your rights
